Available: CONTRACT SALES AND MARKETING
MANAGER/ADMINISTRATOR WANTED. Will work with overseas Jamaican Company to establish
formidable distribution network for American Products in Jamaica. Position
Requirements: • UTECH Diploma in Sales/Marketing
or equivalent. (experience in imported food and
beverage sales would be a distinct advantage). • A proven track record of success.
Applicants should: • Be willing to carry out prompt
instructions, in fast track manner as required by us. • Posses good oral and written communication
skills. • Be able to work on own
initiative. • Possess excellent interpersonal
skills. • Be above average computer
literate with Word and Excel knowledge. • Have Internet access to
correspond with local customers and with us. • Understand bookkeeping/accounting
principles. • Be willing to learn and work
with QuickBooks software. • Be willing to work on commission
(Attractive commission). • Be willing to sign a 10-year
renewable Sales Agent Contract Agreement with us. • Be able to work in Kingston and Spanish
Town areas. • Be willing to contact local
banks and help secure loan(s) for local Business activities. • Be willing to fill out our

Responsibilities: This is a field job and not only
an office job. Reporting to the CEO/President of our Jamaican-own export
Company in Florida, USA, the incumbent will be responsible for running our
local import/distribution Network for American products in Jamaica. The
incumbent will also be responsible for to: • Help establish legal
registration of the local company as LLC's. • Contact and work with local
banks. • Seek out and secure
warehouse/outlet space for local company. • Soliciting business from local
importers through telemarketing and door-to-door selling of our products. • Processing and transmitting
Customers orders to us, making payments to us, and clearing goods from port,
etc. • Prepare invoices for customers,
purchase orders for our overseas office, etc, using QuickBooks Accounting
Software. • Collect customer payments and
remit them to us timely as directed by us. • Prepare financial statements and
submit reports to us as directed by us. • Submit spreadsheets on product
specifications, and other information as directed by us. • Help us recruit, train and
develop additional staff as directed by us. • Will work in accordance to job
